Responsibilities
Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day maintenance and repair of Villas
Oversees third party staff (subcontracted companies) that installs, inspects, repairs, and maintains Villas systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC
Tracking facilities service requests and ensures requests are completed within established timelines and quality standards
Scheduling and ensuring completion of preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance
Maintains a safe and effective working environment
Training sub-contractors on policies and procedures
Coordinating work to be completed by contractors and skilled trades
Typically reports to the manager
Making day-to-day decisions coordinated with Facility Manager
Requirements
Computer Skills – MS Office
Minimum 2 years of experience in the general maintenance
Good command of English language.
Working conditions
Working hours are 8 per day
• Work Place will be Between Heliopolis, Cairo & Kattameya Hights and New Cairo
